Effective date: September 09, 2023

1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

We highly value your privacy, and as a result, we've crafted this notice to clarify our practices regarding online information and the choices you have in managing how your information is gathered and utilized.

This Privacy Policy pertains to the data collected by Relavate Software LLC (“Company”), also known as “we,” “us,” or “our,” through your interactions with our website (“Website”), usage of our services, subscriptions that you (referred to as “you/your”) may undertake, and the various features and information accessible on our website.

If you are not in agreement with how we handle your personal information in accordance with this policy, kindly refrain from using our website.

When you use the Website, you are indicating your agreement with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please refrain from using our services. If we make changes to this Privacy Policy that do not substantially impact how your personally identifiable information is used or disclosed, and you continue to use our services, it will be taken as your acceptance of those changes. However, as a part of our rich data protection principles, we will inform you of any changes made to our Privacy Policy that may affect your rights.

2. Our values and roles

The Company is dedicated to safeguarding the confidentiality and personal information we gather from individuals who use our software and services and those we target for marketing purposes. This privacy notice's objective is to elucidate the personal data we gather when you inquire about or purchase our services or software or when we forward you direct marketing materials or emails. In such instances, we serve as the data controller.

We urge you to thoroughly peruse this privacy notice at regular intervals, as it furnishes vital details concerning how we manage your personal data and your associated rights. If you possess any inquiries pertaining to any aspect of this privacy notice, you can reach out to us utilizing the provided contact information or by sending an email to help@relavate.co.

3. What is the nature of data we collect from you?

To access specific features of our Website, you'll need to create an account. If you choose to do so, you'll be asked to provide us with basic information from your end, which can be categorized into two types: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information. Additionally, if you contact us via email, we may collect personally identifiable information from you, as is mentioned in your email.

Here's a breakdown of the difference between personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information:

  1. Personally Identifiable Information: This type of information can directly identify you or be used to get in touch with you. Examples of personally identifiable information include your name, IP address, company name, job title, address, email address, telephone number, and billing and credit card details.
  2. Non-Personally Identifiable Information: Non-personally identifiable information consists of data that, on its own, cannot identify or contact you. This category encompasses demographic details (e.g., age, profession, company industry, gender, current location, or zip code), browser types, domain names, and statistical data related to your use of the Website.

Some non-personally identifiable information may become part of your personally identifiable information if it's combined with other identifiers (e.g., merging your zip code with your street address) in a way that allows your identification. However, these same pieces of information can be considered non-personally identifiable when taken individually or combined solely with other non-personally identifiable information (e.g., your account preferences). Therefore classification of information into “personally identifiable information” or “non-personally identifiable information” will be done on a case to case basis, depending upon the nature and depth of data involved.

4. Why do we collect Personally Identifiable Information from you?

We collect Personally Identifiable Information from you solely to enable you to use the services offered on this Website. 5. Further, we clarify and affirm that we do not sell your Personally Identifiable Information to any third parties.
